Grass-Fed Lamb and Mutton

NOW TAKING ORDERS FOR FALL 2024

order in spring, pick up in fall

Born in spring and ready to eat  in October/November.  Available as custom-cut half or whole, with a $35 deposit to hold your order. The price is $9.00 per pound of hanging weight, and includes all processing costs. Our lambs average 42-48 lbs hanging weight, so this works out to about $380 for a whole or $190 for a half.  Final balance depends on the exact weight of your exact lamb.

We let you know in advance what day your meat will be ready,  and you can either pick it up here at the farm, or get home delivery for $30 if you live in Lewisburg, Selinsgrove, Danville, Northumberland, or Sunbury.

MUTTON:  we do sell mutton (meat from sheep older than 1 year) once a year in the spring. The price is $6.50 per pound of hanging weight, which varies according to the size of the mature animal, but usually ranges from 50 to 80 lbs. Thus, a whole costs $325 to $500 depending on the size of the animal, and a half ranges from $160 to $250. A whole mutton would put 35-50 pounds of meat in your freezer, depending on the final size of the animal. Half a mutton would yield 15-25 pounds of meat. Watch for our email in spring, or just email us directly if you are interested.
