PICK-YOUR-OWN FLOWER NIGHTS JULY & AUGUSTwebworthygirl
Announced spontaneously by email when the blossoms are just right

Create your own bouquet--stroll the grounds--visit the animals--pick up some honey or chicken--admire the view from the top of Turkey Hill. What a nice outing for a summer evening! Contact us to get on our email list.

THE 2010 HONEY IS HERE!

The self-service Honey Pick-Up is in our farm stand just right of the driveway as you turn to the big red barn. We have 1 lb Glass Jars and 12 oz Honey Bears with drip-proof tops. Stop by at your convenience. We also have frozen chickens. If you want to pick up chickens at the same time as honey, email or call ahead of time and we’ll set it out in a cooler for you.

Remember: our honey is never heated, and we use chemical-free production methods to manage our hives.

NEXT ADOPT-A-SHEEP YEAR NOW REGISTERING

How would you like to receive a personal invitation to visit the farm not once but several times a year--go behind the scenes to do important sheep care tasks--and come home from shearing with a fleece of your own? That’s the Adopt-A-Sheep program!  You also get educational mailings from the farm and priority registration for next summer’s Sheep Camp for Kids.  Next Adopt-A-Sheep session starts in August. For blog, photos, full info, click on Adopt-A-Sheep page.

FILL YOUR FREEZER

Grass-fed lamb. Pastured pork. Pastured chicken. You can buy these naturally raised meats directly from our family farm in Sunbury, Pennsylvania.  Click on the Meats button for complete details.  With 112 acres of pastures and woods, our livestock lead a very good life.

MANY REASONS TO VISIT THE FARM!

For Sheep Camp, Adopt-A-Sheep, Build-Your-Own Farm Tour, Pick-our-Own Flower Nights, or Sheep-Raising Workshops...
We believe that a farm is a powerful teaching tool and living classroom--an incredible resource to be shared with others. That’s why we offer so many opportunities for kids and adults to come out to the farm.
